Fountainhead Wealth Advisors is a financial advisory practice with an office at 14532 Solomons Island Road, Suite 102, Solomons, Maryland 20688. We work with clients in person across Solomons Island and Calvert County, and virtually with clients coast to coast.
The firm is run by Ben and Kristen Barbour. We started virtually, working largely with retirees in Northern Virginia, before opening our waterfront office here in Solomons. That order matters: the practice was built around how clients actually want to work with us, in person when it helps and virtually when that is more convenient, and the office followed the relationships rather than the other way around.
Our work includes in-house portfolio management at the position level, so you can see what you own and the person explaining it is the person who chose it. For qualifying investors, we provide access to private and alternative investments, including real estate, 1031 exchanges, and opportunity zones. We coordinate tax-forward planning with your own CPA and attorney rather than working around them. And we shop protected and insured income strategies, including annuities, across the independent market rather than a single carrier's shelf.
