How We Work
Our Process
Good planning starts with a clear picture, not a product pitch. We move at the speed of trust, which means we will never rush you through a step before you're ready.
Seven stages
Baseline, Blueprint, Build, Grow, Protect, Give, Live
Baseline
We start by gathering and organizing your full current financial picture: accounts, tax returns, estate documents, and the goals that matter to you. Nothing gets planned in a vacuum.
Blueprint
We translate that picture into a coordinated written plan that connects investments, tax, and estate considerations — built around your own tax return and estate documents, in coordination with your own CPA and attorney.
Build
With a plan in place, we put it to work. Portfolios are built and managed in-house at the position level, so you can see exactly what you own and why.
Grow
A plan is not a one-time event. We manage and monitor your investments on an ongoing basis, adjusting as markets shift and as your own circumstances change.
Protect
We look at risk, insurance, and estate protection so that unexpected events don't undo the work already done. Protection is what keeps a good plan intact when life doesn't go as expected.
Give
Where it is relevant to you, we incorporate philanthropy and legacy intentions into the plan, so giving is treated as a deliberate part of your financial picture.
Live
Careers change, families grow, priorities shift. We revisit your plan over time rather than setting it once and filing it away, so it keeps pace with the life you're actually living.
Start Where You Are
You do not need to overhaul every part of your financial life to work with us. Some clients engage us for one specific need — a 1031 exchange deadline, a business sale, a second opinion on an existing portfolio — without leaving an advisor relationship they already value. Others want the full seven-stage process from the start. Either way, we're here to seek solutions, always.
